Check out Travelfish. I've been reading this website for a few years now, I think since I was planning a trip to Vietnam. It is titled as the "Backpacking travel guide for Southeast Asia" but it has great information even if you aren't a backpacker, which I am not. They even have iphone apps for certain cities. There is also a forum where people ask and answer questions.
